JADEM Ark of Hope realizes the full potential of the individual universal access to qualified providers, a full understanding of the culture to drive a new era of healthcare, growth, safety, and compassion. We are proud to provide high-quality level of customer service, dedication and commitment to the health and wellness of all our clients. Our goal is to make our members feel better in order to resume normal life as expeditiously as possible.
Our dedicated care team will work with our members to create a customized care, recovery and rehabilitation plan that's right for their needs. Our caring professional staff utilize the latest evidence-based practices and value strong connections with every member, their families, and our local community.
We specialize in Developmental Disability Care Services and accept clients with Autism Spectrum Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Language Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and/or other physical & neurological impairments (including dually-diagnosed individuals) that impact a person's ability to function normally within society.
We provide therapy, 24-hour supervision, and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting. Our group homes serve a small number of people with disabilities of all ages and interests in a safe, nurturing home environment.
We provide health care services that help a person keep, learn or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Our habilitation services help patients learn or improve on their functional activities of daily living. The three main areas that are addressed on this type of service is mobility, communication, and activities of daily living.
Seeking support and maintaining your own health are key to managing your role as a caregiver, so it’s not selfish to need time to yourself. If you’re overwhelmed by the daily grind of caregiving, your patience and compassion may wear thin; that's where we come in. We provide short-term relief for primary caregivers at home, in healthcare facilities, and day centers with services offered for just an afternoon or for several days/weeks.
We provide non-medical care, advocacy, & support to ensure our client's independence, dignity, & quality of life are enhanced and supported. We offer hands-on assistance for the functional needs of a participant who has a physical and/or intellectual disability they may need assistance with, including activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming).
A homemaker service is a professional organization that provides in-home care for people who are unable to take care of themselves. This can include seniors, people with disabilities, or anyone else who needs assistance with activities of daily living. We provide services to assist you at home, including: meal planning & prep, dish washing, housekeeping, laundry & linens, running errands, grocery shopping, pet & plant care, and more!
